The breakfast had so many choices it lasted me all day. i really liked our room. It had a great river and bridge view. our check in to checking out really was easy.

The rooms were spacious and clean, I found nice toiletries. I had a great time in the spa. It included a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, and a steam room. The hotel is close to many attractions. This made exploring simple.
The bar prices are comparable to UK ones, I think.

The hotel is near tram stops and a railway station. This is useful. Schindler's factory and the Jewish quarter are very close, and THAT'S a bonus. A beautiful bridge and historical buildings surround the area.

The breakfast offered a great variety of foods, I appreciated it. The waffles were especially good. The food in the restaurant was tasty and well-prepared. I enjoyed every meal.

The bathroom was clean, and I found useful facilities available. A hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board were all provided. A fridge and safe were available as well, I felt safe.

The staff were helpful and polite. They were always available. I left my handbag in the restaurant once. It was promptly returned to me by the hotel staff.

my recent stay was not pleasant the room maintenance seems to be deteriorating the ac did not work properly so we had to sleep with open windows i hope this hotel will make a change
